For those of you old enough to remember, Muhammed Ali was the self proclaimed greatest fighter of all time. Well, one of his daughters, Khaliah Ali has written a book called "Fighting Weight : How I Achieved Healthy Weight Loss with "Banding," a New Procedure That Eliminates Hunger--Forever.”

Her book is about her experience with the Band. At her heaviest, Khaliah Ali, who is 5 feet, 8 inches, weighed 325 pounds and said she'd spent most of her life yo-yo dieting in an attempt to lose the weight. She is down to about 150 pounds after her Lap Band surgery.
